The Seller’s Security Plan: Kingwood’s Home Sale Guarantee

The other option of selling first develops a new problem for the move up buyer. If the move up buyer puts their home in contract, it leaves them with limited time to find a new home which would limit their options immensely. Even worse, come time to close on their home, it could leave them homeless.

    The theme you used for this site was a premium theme that was part of the orginal revolutions theme set. Brian Gardener who designed the theme has now rebranded his themes as studiopress I think the themes look great and purchased the devleopers package. And if you really don’t care about the theme and this is a spam comment, I have to give you credit for some of the best spam I have ever seen. lol

    James, I would really like to know more details about how this program works. I have seen similar offers in my local market but my BS radar always goes through the roof because no specifics are ever provided. Are you willing to share your secret to how it works? My gut tells me there are so many built-in caveats that the broker rarely, if ever, winds up buying the property because the seller would effectively be giving the property away. Anyway I’d love to know more. I know one of my competitors is doing a ton of business with this sort of guarantee.
